Teaching

With my teaching, I want to excite students about my research topics and show them the relationship between political science theory and practice.

I regularly teach seminars on comparative welfare state research, statistics and RStudio as well as on empirical election research. To improve the quality of my teaching, to learn new teaching methods and to widen my perspective on teaching, I am currently taking part in the certificate programme "Professional Teaching Competence for Higher Education".

If you would like to write your thesis with me, please send me an email with an initial proposal on the topic and what aspect interests you in particular. Please note that I only supervise empirical theses that research topics in my area of expertise (political economy, party and election research).
